The Youth Pastor is responsible for the development of ministries serving high school and middle school youth at our growing and innovative church. This position partners with parents, youth leaders and volunteers in discipling youth and supporting them in developing their love for Christ and others – by being present in their lives in various contexts. The Youth Pastor will strive to provide a place where students feel they can belong and become lifelong disciples of Christ.

3-5 years’ ministry experience + Bachelor’s Degree preferred but negotiable. Passion for youth and leading them to Christ! Opportunity to serve alongside a dynamic staff family!
