We are looking for an individual who feels called to lead others while continuing to grow in their own faith. The applicant must be a creative leader with a passion for leading others through multiple ministry experiences. This person will be instrumental in equipping leaders, forming teams, and guiding our next generation into the presence of God through worship, teaching, and discipleship. We are looking for creativity that will help to grow both our in-person attendance as well as increase our online reach.
This is a great opportunity for a seminary or theological student, or recent graduate; though a college degree is not required. In fact, we are looking to form this position around your gifts; be it youth, young adults, worship, discipleship, missions, etc. The current opening is part time (20-25 hours per week), but has the intention of growing into a full-time position within the next 2 years. A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required (church or parachurch organization; paid or volunteer). Experience with worship ministry would be a plus.
You will learn and grow in many aspects of church ministry including: Pastoral care, teaching (small and large groups), community building, worship, leading teams, church administration, and more.
