RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of this Associate will be to serve as a valued member of the pastoral team. Under the direction of the Senior Pastor, the

Associate will fulfill general pastoral responsibilities as follows:
a. Sharing in the creation, planning and leading of regular, special and new worship experiences;
b. Preaching at Sunday services at regular times assigned by the Senior Pastor, and at services held at times other than Sunday;
c. Visiting those who are hospitalized, homebound and in nursing homes, and providing Pastoral Care to the sick, the sorrowful, the lonely and all who need a loving Pastoral presence. This includes sharing the Pastoral Care responsibilities of on-call weekends.
d. Sharing administrative responsibilities as directed by the Senior Pastor and providing direct leadership to the Women’s Ministry and the Mission Team.
