Understanding of different ways that children develop and grow, and ability to work with children’s diverse ways of learning

    Demonstrated ministry leadership abilities

Ability to work with and lead ministry volunteers and congregation staff members, both in planning for and implementing current ministry programs (Sunday morning Children’s Ministry and Family Days) in regular meetings and more informally as needed, and in working with congregation leaders and staff toward imagining the faithful future into which God is calling us, which will include growing these ministries in new ways

Ability to develop online Christian educational content for children, families, and intergenerational groups

Ability to lead social media outreach and communications, including the congregation website and relevant platforms, toward the goal of growing the congregation’s online profile and community in healthy ways.
