The Associate Pastor will have oversight of the Spring Hill Baptist Church (SHBC) Youth Ministry to include identifying ministry opportunities for middle and high school students, and enabling an environment that encourages a lifestyle where students may deepen their faith in and their love of Jesus Christ.

The Associate Pastor is responsible for collaborating with the Senior Pastor, the staff, and the ministerial teams in aligning the SHBC fellowship with the mission of the church as presented in the official church documents. The Associate Pastor works alongside the Senior Pastor and staff by supporting and assisting church ministries, community outreach, evangelism and discipleship. The Associate Pastor must have a demonstrable love for youth and a desire to see their spiritual lives flourish.
