We are looking for a pastoral and leadership-minded individual to lead the youth ministry (Student Revival) at Vineyard Northwest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the youth ministry of Vineyard Northwest
• Lead a team of volunteers and staff to minister to 5th-12th graders
• Establish strong relationships with parents of students
• Organize services, events, and discipleship opportunities for 5th-12th graders in line with Vineyard Northwest values and direction
  • Including Sunday morning 5th and 6th grade ministry (Rev56) and Wednesday night 6th-12th grade youth service (Student Revival)
  • Innovation is highly encouraged
• Co-direct with the goal to take sole leadership of The Outpouring (annual fall retreat for 350+ 6th-12th graders)
• Continue facilitating First Priority groups at Colerain HS and MS
• Participate in bi-monthly Core Team meetings as a department head
• Participate in the life of the church as a member and leader
• Attend required staff events (all staff meeting, staff retreat, other)
• This position may be called upon to participate in other areas of the church as needed or deemed fitting by the senior leadership team

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Knowledge and use of the Vineyard Prayer Model
• Experience working with teenagers
• School of Kingdom Ministry or similar course
• Basic understanding of Kingdom Theology
• Public Speaking
