Job Position Overview
This is a fulltime Next Generation Pastor position serving a growing church in the city of Lloydminster.
The Next Generation Pastor is responsible to oversee the growth, development, and discipleship of
kids and youth at Living Faith Church. The Next Generation Pastor will serve as the spiritual leader
and role model for the kids and youth within the kids and youth ministries and leaders serving within
these ministries. The Next Generation Pastor will facilitate relational connection and spiritual growth
of kids and youth through weekly gatherings, groups, leader teams, and special events.

Job Responsibilities
– Provide leadership, direction, and training for all kids and youth leadership team members
– Responsible for the weekly programming for kids and youth ministries
– Develop and implement discipleship strategy for the kids and youth within the church
– Help develop an outreach strategy for children and youth in the community

Education

A Bible school diploma or degree is preferred.

Experience Required
All experience and education that is applicable to this position will be considered.
