Job Description

• • Vision: To further develop the worship ministry that glorifies God, offers an authentic and excellent musical sound, and consistently leads the attendees in gospel-anchored worship of God in our services.
  • Team Oversight – Recruit, develop, and schedule volunteers for our Worship Team. Oversee the worship budget.
  • Worship Leading – Provide a consistent presence through up-front leadership of the Worship Team/Instruct and help our congregation grow in worship.
  • Worship Planning – Provide leadership and direction for song selection and other worship service elements. Work with the Pastor and other appropriate staff to drive the direction of our musical style and approach, creative planning elements for our Sunday morning worship services, and special services such as Christmas Eve.
• Audio-Video –  Oversee and recruit volunteers to set-up, run, and maintain the Audio-Video Booth for services. 
• Structure – Report directly to the Elder Board, with the Lead Pastor as functional day-to-day contact. Expected time commitment each week is 4-5 hours.
