The Minister of Music Pastor & Production Leader must lead the church in a music ministry that will inspire and enhance congregational worship and fellowship, engage all age levels in a variety of music experiences and education, and promote music as an important part of meaningful corporate and personal worship and spiritual growth. The Music/Worship Pastor should work towards cultivating a life-giving, passionate, and skillful culture of worship and Production through spiritual, musical and technical leadership. Serving in the area of music, audio, lighting and video as well as any other people or groups as assigned by Pastor

Experience and Education Required:
* Must be able to lead worship of different various styles.
* Ability to organize and handle multiple projects effectively.
* Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn and use Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planning Center and ProPresenter.
* Proficiency in voice and piano/Key Board.
* Ability to create, coordinate and lead an excellent worship gathering.
* Ability to train musicians, train soloist, train sound technicians, train Audio/Video production technicians.
* Ability to have a Servant heart.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Lead worship for all Church Gatherings.
* Oversee Worship & Production Departments – which include: music, audio, lighting, and video.
Execute the planning, rehearsal, and implementation of selected music.
* Lead the training and coordination of worship and production teams.
* Participate in all staff meetings, weekly global worship & production meetings.
* Assist Pastor with planning and implementation of department projects and assist in achieving weekly goals.
* Ensure that all financial procedures are followed in your department.
* Assist in the care of the Worship & Production team.
