Crossroads Pentecostal Assembly is looking for a visionary leader to take the church to the next level.

Crossroads is looking for:

Primary Communicator – Be the primary preacher and teacher at Crossroads

Strategic Leadership and Planning – Responsible for seeking God’s will for implementing His mission and vision for the church. The Pastor will lead the strategic planning and vision with the Church Board and ministry leaders, as well as the implementation to reach its objectives.

Discipleship/Evangelism/Outreach – A real passion to reach outside the church and impact the surrounding community.

Possesses strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, in order to recruit, equip, and lead multiple teams, ministries and programs.

Experience and Assets
5–10 years of pastoral experience
Credential in good standing with PAOC
Bachelor of Theology or Higher (Equivalencies may be considered)
Only Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada will be considered for the position.
